My phone broke so went to 3 store to get cheapest phone and the one i got was 20 quid and can be used as a dongle, just need to plug into your comp, install the suite and connect. Youll need to be able to have a sim with internet already or sign up for one, but if u get free internet on ur phone already, just switch the sims.

Thats the link to the phone and u can get it on pay as you go. Might need to get it unlocked if ur not on 3
But that will solve ur net problem, i use mine if my internet is down for any reason.
